Typing Astro – Terms of Use

Welcome to Typing Astro. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Typing Astro AI chatbot and associated services, including our websites, mobile applications, and other related services. Our websites include qimen.typingastro.com, fengshui.typingastro.com, and bazi.typingastro.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Scope of Services

Typing Astro provides AI-based consultations, interpretations, tools, and information related to Chinese Metaphysics, including Qimen Dunjia, Feng Shui, and Bazi.

The Services are available through the following websites:

The Services may include AI-generated content, interpretations, calculations, charts, recommendations, and other information.

The information provided through the Services is intended for general informational and educational purposes and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.

You must notify Typing Astro if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Typing Astro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited use of the Services.

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data or content obtained from the Services without authorization.
• Use the Services in a manner that could interfere with or negatively affect the operation of the Services or other users’ access to the Services.

Unauthorized Automated Access

If Typing Astro determines, in its reasonable discretion, that an account has accessed or used the Services through unauthorized automated means, including bots, robots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, or other unauthorized automated software, Typing Astro may suspend or permanently terminate the account.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms, the user may lose access to the Services and may not be entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation for any unused portion of a subscription, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, and other materials available through the Services are owned by Typing Astro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Typing Astro, you may not:

• Reproduce or copy the content or software.
• Distribute or redistribute the content.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Publicly display or perform the content.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services or their content.
• Use the Services or their content to create a competing service.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Typing Astro or its licensors.

6. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Typing Astro offers both free and paid Services. Applicable fees and charges are displayed through the relevant website, application, or purchase interface.

By purchasing a paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges.

Website Purchases

Purchases made through our website are subject to the refund policy stated in these Terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Sales Are Final

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for website purchases.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions purchased through our website automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

By purchasing a website subscription, you authorize us or our applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing period until you cancel the subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel a website subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

Cancellation may be made through the User Profile page in the web application or through the applicable payment provider, such as PayPal, depending on the payment method used.

After cancellation, users will generally continue to have access to the paid Services until the end of the current subscription period. No further renewal charges will be made after the subscription has been cancelled.

Accounts Suspended or Terminated for Abuse

If an account is suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of these Terms, including unauthorized automation, bots, robots, scripts, web crawlers, scraping tools, or other unauthorized automated access methods, the user may not be entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation for any unused portion of a website subscription, except where required by applicable law.

No Exceptions

Except where required by applicable law, users are responsible for cancelling their website subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue the Service.

Failure to cancel before a renewal may result in the applicable renewal charge and does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund.

7. Apple App Store Purchases

If you download or use the Typing Astro application through the Apple App Store, additional terms and conditions may apply to your use of the application and purchases made through Apple.

The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the Typing Astro iOS application:

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and may be subject to Apple’s applicable payment, subscription, cancellation, refund, and other policies.

For App Store purchases, users should manage their subscriptions through their Apple account and the App Store, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override rights or obligations that apply under Apple’s terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Typing Astro makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of the Services or any information provided through them.

The Services may include AI-generated content and interpretations. Such content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or information that is not suitable for a particular situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Typing Astro disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Typing Astro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Your reliance on any information or content provided through the Services.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Services.
• Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

11. Changes to These Terms

Typing Astro reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted through the Services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a material change is made, Typing Astro may provide additional notice where appropriate.
